them those medals, it was announced today that the new york city teachers pension fund will divest all its money from gun manufacturers. the new york city teachers fund is pulling all of its investments, every cent from five companies that make firearms. that follows after california state teachers pension fund also took its money out of gun companies. and after the mayor of chicago said he is considering whether to get money from his city's pension funds out of the gun companies as well. it also follow cerberus, deciding to sell the giant gun company that they owned. a move cerberus made after a call from its client, a california public employees pension fund questioned their involvement in the firearms business. when investment firms and big pension funds start taking their money out of the industry of making guns, the politics here are taking a step up. this is not any more about the optics of grieving parents and frustrated law enforcement and what everybody believes is going to be the futility of trying to change anything. this is about taking the argument that something must be d

was march nonviolently this distance, from the city of selma to the state capitol of alabama, to the state capitol, which is montgomery, about 50 miles away. they were stopped that first day when they were trying to march that distance before they ever got out of selma. here, trying to cross the alabama river to get out of town, to get out of selma, the 600 peaceful protesters were met by hundreds of alabama state police and local police. the policemen attacked the protesters. they used tear gas on them. they beat them with billy clubs. the protesters were whipped and stomped on by police horses. the leader of the march, john lewis, took a billy club to the head. he very easily could have died on that bridge that day. 17 of the marchers were sent to the hospital. that happened on sunday, bloody sunday, march 7th. now i said that they did not get out of selma that day when they were beaten on that bridge. but the nation was horrified. and the movement was galvanized. and two days after bloody sunday, two days later on tuesday, march 9th, they went back. only this time it was not 600 people

then go sell those on the streets of new york city at a substantial profits. as a trafficker, i would not make that purchase myself. i would send in a straw buyer to make a purchase. that's a straw buyer is a person who does not ever criminal record. so you would think he's going to go in and purchase five weapons. he would not do that. if he purchased five, the dealer would have to file a multiple. sales multiple that is a tipoff to the atf that trafficking is going to take place. instead of purchasing five from one dealer or 50 from one dealer, he goes to one dealer and purchases one and then to another dealer for another, until he accumulates them. you would think why does the fbi and not cross check those purchases if they know multiple purchases are an indication of trafficking? they cannot cross check them because of teart. that said the records have to be destroyed within 24 hours. the government is prevented from cross checking, predicted from connecting the dots. if you are conducting an investigation, a criminal investigation, you want to connect the dots. the amendment proh

maybe 300. this was a project with the city of chicago and the state of illinois both giving funding from u.s. department of energy and state of illinois capital funds. so in 2009 the governor before anyone was really talking about electric vehicles, he put aside money for ev infrastructure in the capital bill. and some of that money was used for this project. so where the stations are, um, some are with the car-sharing partners, igo, zip car at their locations. usually if there's a car-sharing car, there's a spot open to the public too. they're at oasises, they're at airports, walgreens, whole foods, jewel, they're at the mall. we have a variety of different charging stations. so part of the incentives that i mentioned, right now we have a program through dco, department of commerce and economic opportunity, that offers 50 percent of the charging station and 50 percent of the installation and that's for public stations, residential stations, profit, nonprofit, and we launched this last summer, and we're seeing an intake in those applications. then we also have a program where if you
